Guild Heraldry Vote

Hey Folks,

Last night the guild hit level 10 and it was awesome to see everyone's efforts combine to get this done. Now our latest project is to vote on a Guild Herald.

So for those of you who are interested in designing please keep the following in mind

- Do not SAVE the herald I REPEAT DO NOT SAVE IT! if you do so it will cost you 10 gold and there is not changing the herald once it is created. Its a one shot deal.
- Maximum Submissions 2 and thats it, anything else will be tossed out the door.
- Take a screenshot of the Herald you've designed and submit it to Nightlordswar@gmail.com
- Try to keep it fair do not ask or beg for people to vote for yours
- Have fun with it
- Deadline is 10/10/08 for submissions Voting will begin 10/11/08


I'm willing to have this contest go for approximately 1 week after the deadline before we select a winner. Therefore inform those who are interested and lets get it done

Greetings and our First post

=Hydra DOWN= An epic 2nd time and wow our First Guild Post

I would like to first explain the hydra and why we took this photo. The very first time we went into this instance which happens to be the southern Entrance of the Sacellum. We encountered this monstrosity. The hydra seemed like it was going to be a fight like any other boss, and wrong we were. There seemed to be something entirely hillarious about this fight. I would like to start off with how he shoots piles of fire onto the floor, so you pretty much cant fight him in place. Another thing is he does an inhale attack that pretty much blows a hole in your head so big that even kirt cobain would blush.

Now after 3 tries we figured out the technique and we cheered as we downed the beast. So everyone was dancing and singing, but we had 2 people who had fallen during the battle. Our healers now had a helluva run back to the body. Welp the healers ran their way back as fast as they could and as we waited for them but something more tragic came to fruition. The STUPID DEAD HYDRA despawned! leaving us with Faces so sad that even homeless people wanted to give us change. So we cursed our brains out and all of the groupmates pretty much decided to kick rocks.

So another day in the week we figured hey we should go into the Saccellum and smash everything up again. So me (Kb), Neco, Scyter, Aphrodite and Dark Riot did that damn thang. We went in and thrashed everything in sight. Things were looking great up until my internet decided to take a shit in my dinner right after it was cooked. It goes down mysteriously for 45 minutes or so. I was pissed, and i didnt know what would become of the group considering i was the only tank. Rest assured my guildies have the patience of a monk meditating on top of a mountain in the middle of a kindergarten during recess. Im telling you thats an epic amount of patience because i know if i was that monk i would be punting children off the mountain by now. We get to our arch nemesis the HYDRA!!! And i wanted vengeance so we run our strat, it was executed flawlessly up until our healer died again. WE downed the bastard still on our first try, and we loot him as soon as possible. But as luck would have it FUCKING LOOT IS RETARDED!!!! so we end up getting a drop for a class that wasnt in the group just like the 3 other bosses. Hooray for bullshit!!
